• This project/contest is assured, thus refund requests cannot be entertained.
• The client has already selected a winning design.

One Designer / Creative Projects Refunds (1.4): The client is eligible for a full refund of the Project Budget (excluding Payment Posting Fees, Upgrade Fees, and applicable transaction fees) for a One Designer / Creative project under the following conditions:
