• Depending on the bike's condition, a restocking fee of 10 30% will be applied. Orders outside the continental United States may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%.
• A restocking fee of 3.5% will be charged for returned accessories, including batteries.
• Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with the return order.

2. Coverage under the Warranty:

• Only the original purchaser and owner of an Addmotor e-bike or Etrike are covered.
